The Indianapolis 500 is racing into the Indianapolis Motor Speedway all Memorial Day Weekend long.
Starting on Friday, May 26, the three-day extravaganza kicks off with the Miller Lite Carb Day which includes an Indy 500 practice viewing as well as Bryan Adams and Soul Asylum in concert.
Come Saturday aka Legends Day, fans will be treated to an autograph session with legends like Mario Andretti and Al Unser Jr.
Finally, the annual 500-lap sprint — complete with Jewel’s rendition of the National Anthem, Academy Award-nominated actor Adam Driver serving as the honorary starter and nine past winners racing — takes place on Sunday, May 28 at 12:45 p.m.
And considering this is the biggest open-wheel single-seater formula racing car race of the year, last-minute tickets are surprisingly cheap for the main event.

This year’s Indianapolis 500 will be broadcast on NBC.
